How can I get my scanned pictures to save directly to an external drive, without anything saving to my compute?
I have a HP psc scanner, I am scanning some pictures and I want them saved directly to my external hard drive but I can’t find out how. I am using HP Photo & Imaging Gallery. I can get it to save to my hard drive but it first saves a copy to my hard drive on my computer. How can I stop it from saving a copy to my internal hard drive?
How do I save my iTunes library as is when changing harddrives?
So here’s my situation. I’m getting a new harddrive in a couple days, and the one thing I need to save is my music collection. Now, I have over 20GB of music compiled from several different sources, and edited track info in iTunes (track names, artists, genres, etc..). I know how to transfer my music onto my ipod, but how do I get iTunes to recognize the tracks the way it does now.

My boss has a Kindle. He wants to be able to save his New York Times papers indefinitely. He’d also like to be able to choose certain issues of other papers for unlimited amounts of time. So far I can only find that it auto saves for 7 days. Any ideas?
