What format should I save my photoshop picture in?

I’m getting an image printed at A1 size, and it needs to be good quality.
To print it, I need to insert it into a Powerpoint slide (this is how the printers wants it)
Should I save it as a jpg, TIF or bmp for best quality?

I would go with JPG.

I would use one of the non compressed file types. Either Tiff or Bmb.
