Does anyone know how to schedule a browser to download and save pages at particular times?

Is there a way to schedule either firefox or explorer to download a page that changes once each hour, and save a particular picture on that page, or the whole page, each time it gets downloaded? It would have to continue to do this from 10pm to 6am, and download and save every ten minutes or so. Thank you!
